- Prepare financial reports and materials for the Board and Executive Committee meetings.

- Collaborate with managers and other stakeholders to establish management reporting, develop dashboards, track KPIs, and financial metrics.
- Provide exception reports and analysis on KPIs and metrics.
- Streamline monthly reporting package and manage the issuance of the monthly financial reports.
- Prepare/present financial information.
- Assist with internal and external audits.
- Create and post journal entries as needed.

Planning & Control

- Model short-term and long-term financial projections for various scenarios in cooperation with the CFO and senior management.
- Advice on the impact of the middle term and long-range planning.
- Manage annual budget in collaboration with the various departments and senior management.
- Review and analyze budget and forecast to identify opportunities, risks, and challenges to help prioritize strategic decision making.
- Focus on local compliance (reporting) requirements.
- Oversee annual cash flow planning.
- Evaluate, implement, and maintain new systems to assure financial integrity and cost controls.
- Prepare ad hoc financial analysis and work on special projects.

Decision Support

- Provide financial and business support that will help to establish priorities, maximize current resources, and ensure that financial plans, systems, and controls are consistent with and supportive of the client's strategic direction.
- Analyze the financial impact of various business decisions.
- Problem solve solutions to issues as they arise.
- Identify areas (organization-wide) that can be strengthened by the use of data to increase efficiency or yield better, more timely management information.

Process improvement

- Identify, develop, and implement business solutions to improve operational efficiencies and effectiveness of the client's planning and reporting practices.
- Serve as a project lead, overseeing projects, time management, and collaborating with project members and stakeholders across multiple departments to execute effective improvements.
- Utilize systems and technical skills to automate the budgeting and reporting process.

- All activities and support to deliver the monthly payroll accurate, compliant, and timely.
- Working with various HRM systems.

- Working closely with the finance department(s) for the monthly journals and financial reports.
- Set-up and/or provide data for actual vs budget and/or forecast analysis.
- Answering questions for employees on payments, mobility matters, and benefits.
- Identify improvements and quick wins to make the payroll process more efficient.
- Process and implement employee benefits.

Migration of payroll software or payroll provider

- Lead or assist Request for Proposal (RFP) projects.
- Leading or assisting the project team, implement training, safeguard the timelines,
- Develop and distribute communication.
- Checking the variance reports and parallel runs.
- Design and set-up the finance reports.
- Recommends improvements to processes along the way.

Global payroll

- To set operational and strategic priorities for the payroll team to ensure task completion.
- Coordinates work activities with other managers and teams.
- Provides operational direction to a local payroll team and remote teams.
- Standardize timelines and payroll processes globally.

Payroll Accounting and audits

- Comply with internal and external control procedures.
- Maintain and Improve internal controls and process flowcharts.
- Working closely with the Accounting (GL) departments on all staff cost-related issues.
- Participate and assist in internal and external audits.
- Set-up balance sheet reconciliations for the general ledger accounts.
- Prepare and review financials analysis of staff costs.
- Set-up, review, and post staff and benefits accruals.
- Long Term Incentive (LTI) accounting such as Stock options, Stock Appreciations Rights and, Restricted Stock Unit.
